About me

Graduate of the School of Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Officer graduate of the Hellenic Military Corps Officers Academy. Completed Paediatrics residency at the 3rd Department of Paediatrics (AUTH), with a special interest in paediatric liver transplantation.

Further specialist training in paediatric hepatology and gastroenterology at King’s College Hospital and Evelina Children’s Hospital, London. After returning to Thessaloniki, I remain an academic fellow and scientific associate of the Paediatric Gastroenterology Unit of the 3rd Department of Paediatrics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), actively involved in clinical and academic work. In parallel, I hold clinical privileges at Geniki Kliniki, where I perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures.

I am a board-certified paediatric gastroenterologist following successful completion of the relevant examinations. I provide comprehensive paediatric gastroenterology care, with a special focus on paediatric liver disease, including the work-up of abnormal liver tests, autoimmune and cholestatic disorders, nutrition and feeding problems, and long-term follow-up after paediatric liver transplantation.

Not necessarily. You can book directly. In some cases, a referral and previous test results help us assess the problem more efficiently.

What ages do you see?

I see infants, children, and adolescents up to 18 years of age.

What should we bring to the appointment?

Medical history, previous test results, the child’s health booklet, current medications, and any questions or concerns you would like to discuss.

How long does the visit take?

The first visit usually lasts up to 60 minutes, allowing sufficient time for a thorough assessment.

How can I send test results before or after the visit?

You can send results by email or bring printed copies to the appointment.
